You must be 18 years of age of older to use or subscribe to this site.

The www.sevensandabove.com website is designed to facilitate adults meeting each other online. The following is the terms of the agreement between ONGS Capital and users/subscribers. If you do not agree to the terms listed below you will not be able to use this site, so review the membership terms:

1. Introduction. The subscriber/buyer agrees to all of the terms and conditions outlined in this online contract with respect to services and information provided via this site. This contract is the only agreement between ONGS Capital L.L.C /www.sevensandabove.com and the buyer. Buyer agrees to review this contract prior to subscribing for membership and accepting the terms of use or payment for screening/evaluation shall be considered acceptance of this contract.
2. Setup and payment. Buyer /subscriber represents and warrants that the credit card information supplied is true, correct and complete and that the charges incurred by the buyer will be honored by the buyer’s credit card company and that the buy shall pay charges incurred by buy and the amounts in effect at the time incurred. Buyer is responsible for all charges incurred via the use of the buyer’s password. Buyer agrees to keep his or her password confidential and notify customerservice@sevensandabove.com within 24 hours of any unauthorized use of their password. ONGS Capital/www.sevensandabove.com does not protect the buy form unauthorized use of the buyer’s password.
3. Copyright. The content, organization, gathering, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the site are protected by copyright and applicable laws and the copying, redistribution, use or publication by a Buyer of content from this site is prohibited.
4. Editing, deleting and modification. ONGS Capital reserves the right in its sole discretion to edit or delete any information or content appearing on the site and to remove services for sell. Upon notice published via the site, ONGS Capital LLC/www.sevensandabove.com can modify the contract or change prices, discontinue, or revise site in its sole discretion without prior notice. Modification of this contract will be effective upon publication on this site with respect to transactions occurring after that date.
5. Right to refuse. Company reserves the right and has sole discretion to refuse service at any time.
6. Indemnification. Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold company harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense including attorney’s fees related to a buyer’s violation of this contract or use of the site.
7. Non-Transferrable. Buyer’s right to use the service is not transferrable and it is subject to any limits established by www.sevensandabove.com or the buyer’s credit card company.
8. Disclaimer. THIS SERVICE AND CONTENT FROM THIS SITE ARE PROVIDE D “AS IS” “AS AVAILABLE” AND ALL LIMITED TO THE DISCLAIMER OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE SOLE AND ENTIRE MAXIMUM LIABLITY OF THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON AND THE BUYERS SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE SUBSCRIBER/USER FOR THE SERVICE PURCHASED. ONGS Capital LLC/sevensandabove.com IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LITIGATION COSTS WHETHER BASED UPON BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE LIMITATIONS OF DAMAGES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN THE COMPANY AND BUYER. THIS SITE AND SERVICES WOULD NOT BE PROVIDED WITHOUT SUCH LIMITATIONS.
9. Refund policy. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, AND PAYMENT FOR SCREENING AND EVALUATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE MEMBERSHIP.

11. You are solely responsible for any information you publish using this site.
12. You may not authorize others to use your membership and it is non-transferrable.
13. Online conduct: you will not post obscene, derogatory, profane, abusive, threatening, or harassing, racially offensive, nudity, or illegal material on this site.
14. You will not include your personal or work phone number, address, URL, or e-mail address in your profile. Because on-line communication can carry risks, it is strongly advised that the website mailbox be used for communication with members. ONGS Capital L.L.C/ www.sevensandabove.com is not responsible for the personal identifying information that you place on the site and/or the outcome related to that action. While efforts will be made to control the content communicated by members, there are no guarantees that all offensive communication will be filtered out. Please contact customer service immediately to report any offensive or abusive communication. Your account will become active, if approved, only after you have submitted confirmation of your identity via a copy of your state issued drivers license, state issued identification card, or passport. No other forms of identification are acceptable.
15. You will not post or reproduce any copyrighted materials or trademarks etc. on this site.
16. You will not use this site to advertise or solicit members to buy goods or services.
17. We reserve the right and discretion to remove any information posted to this site deemed in violated of the code of conduct set forth in this agreement.
18. Miscellaneous. This contract shall be treated as though it were executed when payment for screening is submitted. Any cause of action of member/subscriber regarding this site must be instituted within 90 days after any purchased or it is forever waived and barred. All actions shall be subject to the limitations set forth in Section 8. The language in this contract shall be interpreted as to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against any party. All legal proceedings arising out of or in connect with this contract shall be brought solely in Small Claims Court in the state of Nevada, and the member/subscriber expressly submits to the jurisdiction of said courts and consents to extra-territorial service of process. If any portion of this contract be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law as nearly as possible to reflect the original intention of the parties and the remainder of the contract will be in full force. This contract will take precedence over any inconsistencies within the site. Failure of ONGS Capital L.L.C.to enforce any provision of this contract shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor the right to enforce such a provision.
